If you’ve all too often experienced washed out colours that lack real depth and sparkle, or bits that are missing when the print is complete, Verbatim has solved the problem.

While the ability to print directly onto a disc surface is not new, the results have not always been as pleasing as they should be. With the development and release of Verbatim’s Photo-Printable disc surface, such disappointments are now a thing of the past. Courtesy of parent company Mitsubishi Kagaku Media’s continuous research and development programme, the new brighter, whiter surface provides a faithful reproduction. Where previously colours could appear uncertain, dull and someway from those of the original image, with Verbatim’s Photo-Printable disc surface they are now as rich and deep as the original.

Additionally Verbatim now offers a far wider print surface, right up to the hub of the disc. The new print area covers virtually the entire surface of the disc. From the outer edge a full 49mm is printable! This helps prevent images from being curtailed at critical points - heads from being chopped off and limbs going missing!

This new surface will also be applied on Verbatim’s DVD media.
